For shops in the Raumati Beach Shopping Village, cameras cover the entrance and counter, with signs that tell customers who runs the system. Newer homes also tend to have internal access to the garage, which gives a simple cable path to a driveway camera.

Local tip: On a Raumati beachfront home, check camera brackets and screws for rust each spring, since the fixings tend to corrode before the camera does.
